DESCRIPTION:\nThis entry call is addressed to CHILDREN aged between 6 
 and 12 years. Submissions are made through a RESPONSIBLE ADULT or SCHO
 OLS and other INSTITUTIONS acting in their behalf.\n\nIt's open to abs
 tract short films exploring dots and lines in various contexts. No rep
 resentation, only dots and lines as ends in themselves!  There is no e
 ntry fee and the submissions can be made online.  DEADLINE: Sunday, Se
 ptember 30th 2012  GENEAL RULES : There are three different categories
  according to the applicant's age:  · MINI: 6 & 7 year-olds. · MEDIU
 M: 8, 9 & 10 year-olds. · MAXI: 11 & 12 year-olds.  : The short·film
 s must be made entirely with dots and lines avoiding representation.  
 : You can use any kind of live action and animation techniques.  : The
  soundtrack cannot feature any words. If you're using a song, this mus
 t be completely instrumental or feature non·narrative voices [that is
 , no lyrics!].  : Running time shall not exceed 6 minutes.  : We stron
 gly advise you to enter your film/s in HD (1080 x 720px or higher), be
 cause we'll screen all the selected pieces in high-def.\nELIGIBILITY A
 ND SUBMISSIONS  All Institutions and children from around the globe ar
 e welcome to participate in our call. Institutions participate through
  one or various GROUPS OF CHILDREN (ideally, between 3 and 10 members
